Land Choice
This is one of the most important steps in the process. MC Homes works with you to select your site and draw up building plans to suit your goals.

Vision Board
We’ll ask you to share a vision board of things you like from Pinterest, Houzz, and other sources that show the style and feel of your new home.

Team Meeting
Meet your design-build team, including your contractor, draftsperson, and interior designer. We’ll work with you to move your vision forward.

Planning/Finalizing
We’ll finalize the budget and submit documents for your review and approval. Then the fun begins! We’ll move ahead with building your home.
