New Eagle Landing Waterfront Community To Start Construction Spring of 2021

October 2020 – M & T Development out of Paducah, Kentucky has announced plans to build the Premier subdivision on Kentucky Lake. 46 acres has been purchased on the East side of Kentucky Lake near the Barkley Canal. Clearing for roads and utilities is expected to start immediately with construction scheduled to begin in Spring 2021. The development will be called Eagle Landing and will feature luxury, waterfront home lots, condos, and commercial space.
